Located in the Great Smoky Mountains, we give you many opportunities to explore nature and excursions at their finest. We're minutes from Cataloochee Valley Homestead, where you will find an old school house, churches, a graveyard, homes, and endless hiking trails. Cataloochee Valley is also known for the number of elks they have living there. They travel down to a big field below the cabins. On your way in, you will see them eat and bugle.

We hope you have an enjoyable stay with us. We are located 20 to 30 minutes from Asheville and its eclectic downtown area as well as the beautiful Biltmore Estate, which is known as the largest home anywhere along the East Coast.

Cherokee is 20 to 30 minutes away, the home of "Unto These Hills, Outdoor Drama", a historic Cherokee Indian artifacts' site, as well as Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Waynesville, our closest town, has many breweries, restaurants, and grocery and drug stores.
